Synthesis Services

Synthesis services for non-MC-CAM customers are provided on a recharge basis by:

Current recharge rates (effective 10/01/07) for labor (literature search, synthesis, isolation, purification and characterization) are as follows:

  • On-campus customers - $42.56/hour
  • Off-campus customers - $64.48/hour

In addition to the hourly recharge rate for labor, the customer will also be responsible for the cost of all necessary reagents and supplies (solvents, silica gel, etc.), as well as the costs of all necessary characterizations (NMR, IR and MS spectra, elemental analysis, GPC, DSC, TGA, etc.).

On-campus customers will need to provide the following information:

  • User name
  • Advisor name
  • Account #
  • Department that account belongs to
  • Project code
